Enrollment Procedure

1. Parents may enroll their children by completing the following:

• Statement of Faith
• The Family Application form
  • For each student being enrolled, this form must be completed in full and forwarded to the school office along with the registration fee.
• Meeting with the director

2. Re-enrollment Procedures
   • During re-enrollment month, current families may enroll their children provided they have met expectations for tuition, student attendance and other areas of concern.

Enrollment fee

There is a $35.00 enrollment fee.  This is to be paid along with the application for enrollment.  Applications can not be processed if the enrollment fee is not paid.
