CCS Athletic Eligibility Guidelines
Eligible participants
- All full time CCS students are eligible to participate in extra curriculars
- All full time home schooled students1 registered through CCS are eligible to participate in extra curriculars
11-12th grade home school students may be taking PSEO classes at college if they are registered as a home school student (as opposed to being registered through the public school)
- Part time CCS high school students may participate in extra curriculars if they are home schooled for the remainder of the day
It is highly recommended that all CCS athletes have a physical examination performed by a physician every 3 years.
1 Note: Full time student is defined as the student taking classes for the whole academic day in that particular venue. Full time CCS students will be at CCS for all 7 periods. Full time home school students will be taking 100% of academic classes at home (with the exception of the PSEO program).
The following forms must be submitted prior to any participation. Forms can be obtained through the school office or by clicking the links on the right side bar. (Please ensure the forms are for the current school year)
- Home School registration with accompanied enrollment fee (required annually)
- Emergency Contact and Insurance (required annually)
- Permission to Participate with accompanied enrollment fee (required per sport)
