Enrollment Procedures

Parents may enroll their children by completing the following (click links below for documents):

1. Statement of Faith

2. The Family Application Form (For each student being enrolled, this form must be completed in full and forwarded to the school office along with the registration fee.)

3. Meeting with the Director (if requested)

*During reenrollment month, current families may enroll their children provided they have met expectations for tuition, student attendance and other areas of concern. 

Enrollment fee

There is a $40.00 enrollment fee.  This is to be paid along with the application for enrollment.  Applications can not be processed if the enrollment fee is not paid.
