Athletic Eligibility and Registration


Eligible Participants

The following students are eligible to participate in CCS sponsored extra-curricular programs:

- All full time CCS students 

- Full time homeschooled students registered through the CCS Home school program

- Part time CCS students if they are homeschooled for the remainder of the day

- Students taking PSEO courses may be eligible (Please contact CCS Activities Director Jeff Bonkoski for more information)


Athletic Registration Forms

Teams may be revised each season based on student interest.

 A current sports qualifying physical (valid for 3 years) is required by all 7th grade and older student athletes. (See Permission to Participate form for validation)

All homeschool student-athletes must have an application on file (1st Time application or Renewal) accompanied by the annual homeschool enrollment fee prior to participation

The Student Pledge of Integrity is also required to be signed annually (6-12th student-athletes)
