Our Annual Gala provides many volunteer opportunities, which largely contribute to the success of the event to benefit our school. Consider volunteering on the Gala Team as:

• Admin Support: mailings, miscellaneous tasks 
• Auction assistants to help pre-event (item procurement, delivery/pick-up, tagging and photographing items) and event day with auction setup and auction check-out
• Auction Online Bidding Support: provide assistance for online bidding during silent and live auction
• Auction Sign-up Party Coordinator: (secure hosts for parties and experiences from the CCS community as a fundraising and a "friend" raising opportunity. (Ex: themed dinners, cooking demonstration, boating excursion, school sleepover, lunch with Superintendent, etc.)
• Self Check-in/Check-out team
• Data Entry team: assist with pre-event data entry for check-in and during the event (enter winning bids & paddle raise pledges) to prep guest accounts for check-out.
• Decorating Team 
• Help Desk Assistants: help with check-in/check-out assistance needs and other directional assistance
