Admission Process
Choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions a family makes, and we are honored that you are considering Cambridge Christian School for your child. Our admissions process is designed to help you learn who we are—our mission, our values, and our commitment to Christ‑centered education—while also allowing us to get to know your student and family.
We aim to make each step clear, supportive, and accessible. Whether you are exploring CCS for the first time or returning with another child, our team is here to guide you from initial inquiry through final enrollment. We look forward to partnering with you as you discern whether CCS is the right place for your child to learn, grow, and thrive.
Steps to Admission
Submit an Inquiry
Families begin by completing our online Inquiry Form. This lets us learn a little about your child and helps us guide you through the next steps.
Schedule a Campus Visit
Once we receive your inquiry, our admissions team will contact you to arrange a tour. This is an opportunity to experience our classrooms, meet staff, and ask questions about our programs.
Complete the Application
New student applications are submitted through FACTS/RenWeb. A non‑refundable application fee is required to process each application. Please note that applying does not guarantee placement. The application fee must be paid to be considered complete.
Provide Required Documents
Families upload academic records, immunization forms, and any additional documents outlined in the application portal. These help us understand your child’s learning history and needs.
Student Assessment or Shadow Day
Depending on grade level, students may participate in an academic assessment or a classroom shadow experience. This helps ensure that CCS is the right fit for your child’s learning journey.
Family Interview
Our principal or admissions team will meet with parents/guardians to learn more about your family, share our mission and expectations, and answer any remaining questions.
Admissions Decision
Once all steps are complete, families will be notified of the admissions decision. Admission is subject to the guidelines outlined in the school handbook.
Enrollment & Tuition Agreement
An enrollment link will be sent when the Application is complete. Enrollment and applicable fees must be submitted in full to secure placement.
Tuition agreement and online payment system will need to be completed at the time of enrollment.
